All Quattro Plant machinery is certified to work on the Network Rail managed infrastructure, in accordance to the organisations Plant Operators Scheme licence, and all operators hold full CPCS and PTS certification. The fleet is supported by a nationwide maintenance network of rail-specific fitters, based on the road and within Quattro Plant depots.
